National Webinar on “Build Capacity for States/UTs towards Implementation of Direct Selling Rules, 2021”
Direct Selling is one category of retail market which falls in the category of non-store retail format. The Indian Direct Selling Association joined hands with the Chair on Consumer Law and Practice, National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore with the object to conduct legal research to further support adoption and implementation of Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
