AI-Video Making Competition | Commemorating National Consumer Day 2025

The Chair on Consumer Law and Practice at NLSIU, Bengaluru, organised an AI Video Making Competition to commemorate the celebration of National Consumer Day, 2025 (24th December). This AI Video Making Competition endeavored to stimulate interest and foster growth amongst students to explore and engage with contemporary and seminal issues in the field of consumer law and policy.

The winners of this AI-Video Making Competition were declared on December 24, 2025.

Results

First Place: Ms. Kanisha K. 

Kanisha is a 4th-year BBA LL.B. (Hons.) student at SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, with interests in corporate law and alternative dispute resolution. She is pursuing the Company Secretary course and is an active moot court participant, a legal aid volunteer, and captain of the university women’s volleyball team.

Second Place: Ms. Shrishna Priyadarshini

Shrishna is a third-year BBA LL.B. student at KIIT School of Law. I have completed multiple internships across various legal and business domains, gaining experience in research, drafting, and practical legal processes. I am focused on strengthening my skills and expanding my professional exposure in the legal field.

Third Place: Mr. Abhinav Somani

Abhinav is a 3rd Year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Student at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. He is deeply interested in various areas of law, including Criminal Law, Consumer Law, Administrative Law, and Property Law. He is also currently serving as the Co-Convenor of the Legal Services Clinic at NLSIU and the Fundraising Co-Head for IDIA Karnataka.
